Can I use the Mediately app for free? 

You can upgrade to the PRO version of the Mediately app by clicking on the Mediately PRO ad on the homepage or in the top right corner of the app on the "⚙️" icon. You can also open the "Interactions" tab in the toolbar and click on "Try it for free". You can choose between monthly and annual subscription and proceed to the payment step. Subscription payment is processed via Google Play or the App Store.If you are interested in purchasing Mediately PRO as a business, we have an option to purchase licences with  “Mediately PRO for companies” offer. In this case, we will send you an invoice for the desired number of licences. How can I pay for Mediately PRO subscription?

Drug information in our app is automatically updated once a month, while update of the app that introduces new features happens twice per month and is not automatic by default. You have the option to turn on automatic app updates in the Google Play/App Store settings to make sure you are always up-to-date). To enable automatic updates on iOS devices open settings on your phone, find and choose App Store and turn on “App Updates”. To enable automatic updates on android devices open Google Play Store, tap on User icon and choose “Settings”. Tap on “Network preferences” and choose “Auto-update apps”.

Is the app updated regularly?

Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this. Our app only contains information about medicines. We do not offer any healthcare services or sell pharmaceutical products. Please consult your personal doctor or pharmacist.

Can I order/purchase medicines through Mediately? 

The free version of the Mediately app includes drug search, clinical data (SmPC), packaging and pricing details, parallels, ATC codes, clinical tools, ICD-10, and in some countries, educational courses.Upgrading to the PRO version additionally gives you access to the Interaction Checker &amp; Resolver, drugs’ restrictions of use, dosing chapter shortcuts, access to drug information without internet connection and exclusive Mediately membership which includes priority support for its users.
